How To:
1. Read, Fill Out, and Submit: All required information must be filled out completely. Emergency contact information, date of birth, insurance information, rules and regulations, and code of conduct must all be filled out and signed.
2. Pay The Membership Fee: The fee for the school year is $35 per child. The fee for the Summer is $175 per child for the first child and $150 for every child after in the immediate family, (brother or sister). This fee must be paid when the application is turned in, or your application will not be accepted.
3. Keep The Program Calendar: There is a school closing calendar attached to your application for the school year and summer. When school is out or canceled The Club is also closed. We do make an exception for Spring Break and stay open Monday thru Wednesday.
4. Things to Know: Just like any other institution we have rules and expectations for staff, youth, and parents. If our rules are not followed, we try to give chances understanding, we are dealing with kids. However, if rules are still not followed then your child may be suspended from the program. In the event that happens there is no refund of your program fees.
Technology is a part of what we do but it is not the biggest part. We do have devices that have access to the internet, and we monitor what is being looked at on our devices. If a child is found looking at inappropriate material, sites, or content there is a possibility they could lose their privilege to use our devices or possibly suspended from The Club. We want our kids to know what is appropriate and what sites to not get on so we teach internet safety throughout the year as well.
Technology
To become a member of our Club, you must submit an application and be approved by the Unit Director. There is a separate application for the School Year and for the Summer Program. New applications must be submitted for each new year/session and are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Once an area is full your child(ren) can be added to the wait list. At the end of each session the wait list goes away and starts over again the next session.
