We provide hope, a high-quality Club experience, and a safe place for kids where they can learn and grow through ongoing supportive relationships with caring, adults and peers.
Since September of 1989, our Club has been recognized as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Danville, IL. Currently we are one of the only stand alone, on-site location, Boys & Girls Clubs in Illinois.
Our programs include career exploration and development, leadership and service opportunities, and involvement in the arts. Staff set expectations and encourage youth to make positive choices, problem solve and use positive conflict resolution skills when necessary!
For only $25 a school year, members, ages 6-18, receive academic development through homework help, tutoring, and fun, high yield learning activities including STEM projects.
We also serve the emotional, cultural, and social needs of all our Club kids! We want them to be successful in school, graduate with a plan for the future, engage in healthy behaviors, and develop strong character and leadership skills which will empower them to become productive, caring and responsible citizens.
Our vision and mission are to provide opportunities for an optimal experience for all our Club youth and open the door to a BRIGHTER FUTURE for them and our community!
